3. Intellectual Property

The GPI Sport name, logo, original written content, data compilations, design, and code are owned by GPI Sport and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute our original content without permission.

Third-Party Data

Match data, player statistics, and related soccer data displayed on GPI Sport is sourced from API-Football and other third-party providers. This data is subject to their respective terms and ownership rights.

AI-Generated Content

Some content on GPI Sport, including player news summaries and biographical profiles, is generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is clearly labeled on the Site. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be treated as authoritative reporting.

User Submissions

If you submit content to us (e.g., player tips, corrections, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve the platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

GPI Sport is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Player statistics, match data, or other information will be accurate, complete, or current
  • The Site will meet your specific requirements

Soccer data is sourced from third-party providers. We make no guarantees about its accuracy or timeliness.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPI Sport and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GPI Sport, including but not limited to reliance on any data or information displayed on the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.
